Mangal Dosha · Kalsarp Yoga · Sade Sati · Kantak Shani
What is Mangal Dosha? Mars in H1, H2, H4, H7, H8, or H12 creates Mangal Dosha. It's associated with challenges in marital harmony, and both partners should ideally have it (cancels out).
Exceptions apply when Mars is in its own sign, exalted, or aspected by benefics like Jupiter.
What is Kalsarp Yoga? When all 7 planets (Sun through Saturn) fall on one side of the Rahu–Ketu axis, Kalsarp Yoga is formed. It can indicate struggles with karma, delays, and intense life experiences.
Partial Kalsarp (5–6 planets on one side) is a milder form. Jupiter's aspect on Rahu or Ketu can mitigate effects.
What is Sade Sati? "Seven and a half years" — the period when Saturn transits through the sign before, on, and after your natal Moon sign. It's a time of deep transformation, karmic lessons, and restructuring.
Kantak / Ashtama Shani — Saturn in the 4th or 8th sign from natal Moon creates a shorter (2.5 year) challenging period, sometimes called "small Sade Sati".
